Your Post currently prints and mails over 600 copies of the Newsletter every 2 months.
We would like to reduce the Post's cost by providing the newsletter and calendars on this website. If you would
be willing to receive your newsletter, with calendars, via this site in lieu of a mailed hardcopy, please send a note to the
webmaster at webmaster@vfw1924.com. If you want to continue to receive the mailed version, no action is required.
The general meeting of VFW Post 1924 occurs on the second Tuesday of each month at 1900
in the Post Hall. This meeting is preceded by the Board meeting at 1800.
DID YOU KNOW WE HAVE WIFI AT THE POST?? WELL, WE DO. BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO THE POST AND TRY IT OUT.
The web radio show, "Veterans
Benefits for Dummies Radio", starring Jimmy Valentine and Scott Langhoff, the VFW District Service
Officer, will be in a regular time slot of Thursday, 10-1100 AM every week. This program is about Vets and VA benefits.
